1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "baj888", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the baj888 online gaming platform accessible at baj888.im.
• "Platform" means the baj888 website, any associated mobile-optimised web application, and all games, betting markets, and services made available through them.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an account on the baj888 Platform.

• "Funds" means any real-money balance deposited into and held within a Player's baj888 Account.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is unlawful or restricted under applicable local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the baj888 Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in promotions — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and baj888 with respect to your use of the Platform. No oral or written representations made outside these documents shall have contractual effect unless confirmed in writing by a duly authorised representative of baj888.

3 Eligibility

To open an account and use the baj888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. baj888 operates a strict minimum age policy. We may request documentary proof of age at registration or at any time thereafter.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, partnerships, and associations are not eligible to hold a Player account.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the baj888 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period issued by baj888 or any affiliated gaming operator.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) baj888 account. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to notify baj888 promptly if any of your registered details change. baj888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information, and to forfeit any funds held in such account pending investigation.

baj888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Upon successful registration, you will be required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal. KYC documents may include a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your baj888 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

baj888 will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from baj888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify baj888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. baj888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials or where you have delayed notifying us of a security breach.

baj888 employs industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no transmission method is entirely secure, and you use the Platform at your own risk with respect to the security of your device and local network.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

baj888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). baj888 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your baj888 account.

Deposits are generally credited to your baj888 account promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider. baj888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance periods.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once your KYC has been approved, withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified in our current withdrawal schedule, which is available on the Platform. baj888 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large or unusual withdrawals.

baj888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside baj888's control.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

baj888 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these General Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all baj888 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as determined by baj888 at its sole discretion.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion is subject to a stated validity period. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• baj888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that a promotion is being abused or where continued operation of the promotion is not commercially viable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, collusion between players, the use of automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or the placement of low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the baj888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

A bet is considered confirmed and binding once baj888 has issued a bet confirmation reference number. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stakes, and any other instructions before confirming a bet. baj888 will not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the applicable betting rules.

baj888 reserves the right to void any bet under the following circumstances, without limitation:

• Where the bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or human error, and where those odds were materially different from the true market odds at the time of placement.
• Where the outcome of an event has been or is suspected to have been manipulated in any way.
• Where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions or in contravention of applicable laws.
• Where a technical error caused a game result to be displayed or recorded incorrectly.

In the event of a disputed bet settlement, you may raise a complaint through our formal complaints procedure within seven (7) days of the event settlement date. Complaints raised after this period will not be considered.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baj888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with baj888.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to manipulate outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud in connection with deposits made to your baj888 account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the baj888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game code, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of baj888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of baj888.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baj888 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

baj888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

baj888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and factors outside baj888's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability, for which baj888 shall not be held liable.

12 Responsible Gaming

baj888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

baj888 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your baj888 account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are prepared to lose over a defined period.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total value of bets you may place within a given timeframe.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).

13 Suspension & Termination

baj888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where baj888 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account has been used in connection with fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms & Conditions, baj888 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance of Funds held in the account, after giving you a reasonable opportunity to respond to the allegations made against you.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting baj888 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account (after deduction of any outstanding obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.

14 Privacy & Data

baj888 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
